Gold Christmas Tree

Last week I made a Christmas card for the SASSC, and this week I'm doing the same.  I've keep this quite simply as I would like to send this to my grandfather,who will be turning 97 ...  and I feel its quite masculine.

Good morning to you all!   I didn't think I would make it to the craft table this week, but I've managed to make this card for Mojo Monday Wk 96, I love these little frogs.

Pull Over - Patrick Police Car

I've had this little fella coloured for over a week, finally he is now a cute card. This is a new digial stamp by Sunshine Paper Obsession - Patrick Police Car, go and check it out, there are now a few digi stamps, with a new one just released called Malcolm Milk Truck, I will start on him this week.... hopefully I will catch up!

This week has been really busy with work, I've been working on a new 13pt series 'Rescue Special Ops', and we go to air within the next two weeks, so you can image, launching a new show just takes so much organising,  promo shoots, press interviews with cast.  So if anyone from Australia is reading this it will be on Channel 9, and hopefully the rest of the world will get to see it one day!

I've managed to do Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge No. 24.  I've done another christmas card, as I've promised myself one a week, so I've used:

Under The Ocean

This digi stamp Lenny Loader, is from Sunshine Paper Obsessions, I've made him for my grandson, who will be turning 4 soon, and he really loves diggers, what little boy wouldn't!

Where has the week gone!.... rushing to get Mojo Monday Wk 94 done ....  running out of DP paper, and just no time for the shops, so I've used what I had, and these are not colours I would normally choose, its ok, but not a favourite.

You Coming? - is for the challenge over at Stamp TV.  I've used:

Angus Argus - Night Flying

My friend Christina Bower from Stamp TV, designed this digi stamp 'Angus Argus'.  She sent it to me to make him up, I know this was over a week ago.  So here he is.... If I say so my self this little fella is quite cute.  My grandson Jack, who is 3, said 'Nana can I have that, I really like it'.  Boys ....

This card is for Stamps & Smiles Sketch Challenge 22, I used a technique using a white crayon, on my image.

. Ink - Stampin Up - Rich Regal, Ballet Blue and So Saffron

I stamped out my image with Memento Tuxedo black, used white crayon and coloured in flowers, then I rubbed ink over the top, the I got a piece of white cloth and rubbed all over the image to bring out the flowers.  This tutorial is on the Stamp TV site take a look here.

I found it extremely hard to photograph, as the gold is quite shiny, this is the best I could do.
