You Coming? - is for the challenge over at Stamp TV. I've used:
. 14cm x 14cm White Card
. DP - Chatter Box (well thats me) Igloo Stripe
. Gina K Eclectic Stamp
. DP for the balloons is - Chatter Box - Snowballs
I've paper pieced the balloons, cut them out, I've stuck one down, and the second I've mounted.
