Lets Dance!

Good Morning,

I've been complaining about a sore shoulder for quite some time now, and on Monday I was in excruciating pain, so I made an appointment at the physiotherapist, I'm so lucky I went when I did, as they say I'm on the verge of frozen shoulder, something I've never heard, as I spend most of my day on a computer and phone, and with out really knowing it, I rest the phone between my ear and shoulder so I can still type, well that is a big big no no, I've lots of exercises to do, and I've been twice this week, and feel better already, so thought I would get into making a card for Our Creative Corner challenge, which is a sketch and Basic Grey, which is to use punches, also Mad for Markers, which is feathering, something I'm still getting the hang of. I just love the Whiff of Joy City Girl Collection, and this one is Dancing Willow, I've coloured her with copics, added star dust stickles and rhinestones to her necklace, DP is basic grey sugar rush, Martha Stewart punch.

Until next time!

Hi Kerrie,

I know the feeling of that sore neck/shoulder thing as I did it to myself the other night, but my whole ear was so sore I thought I had an ear infection! You will just have to invest in one of those trendy phone head set things...I think they would even be handy at home. We could make cards and talk on the phone at the same time...perfect! Love your card...I do love this image...have a good week.

Hi Kerrie, Love the card.
I just wanted to say that I had a frozen shoulder for over one year. I fell one winter skating and it became so bad, I had very bad pain and couldn't lift my arm up. Chiro didn't help, so got a shot of cortizone. Unfortunately, one hour after the shot I felt like cutting my arm off, but let me say, that now, I am 90% better. I hope that you feel better soon and love your work!
